Processing time

AGN1 (standard) — in stock, ships within 5 business days of order confirmation.

AGN1 with Switch — made to order, ships approximately 3 months from order confirmation. You receive a build slot confirmation within 2 business days and a tracking notification once the unit enters dispatch.

AGN2 — lead times are 4–6 weeks and confirmed individually as part of the quote.

Carriers and transit times

• Inside the US — UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, 2–5 business days
• Express US — UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight, 1 business day from a US warehouse
• To Canada — UPS Standard, 3–7 business days, delivered DDP
• Other regions — varies by destination; the quote shows the carrier and the indicative window

Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. You receive an email with the tracking number when the package leaves the warehouse, and we monitor the carrier scan events on our side in case anything stalls.

Duties, taxes, and customs

For shipments outside the United States, duties and import taxes may apply at the destination. We declare the actual transaction value and we cannot mark commercial shipments as gifts or under-declare. Where DDP (delivered duties paid) is offered, the cost is shown on the quote.

If something goes wrong

If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace. If the device arrives damaged, follow the steps in the refund policy and we replace it as a priority shipment.
